Role: SRE Engineer Location: Wilmington, DE (Day 1 onsite/Hybrid) Duration: Contract Mandatory Skills: AWS Infrastructure, Terraform JD: Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable infrastructure solutions using AWS services and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Collaborate with development teams to ensure that infrastructure meets the needs of the product and is aligned with the company's long-term goals. Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, focusing on system availability, reliability, and performance optimization. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and infrastructure changes. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee incident response and post-mortem analysis, driving improvements in processes and system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in the cloud environment. Drive infrastructure cost optimization and scaling strategies within AWS. Contribute to architectural decisions, reviewing pull requests, and guiding the technical direction of the team.
