Implement, monitor, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitHub Actions matrix builds, caching strategies, and parallel execution for scalable automation. Upgrade GHES and its internal microservices, ensuring compatibility, security, and minimal downtime across API services, webhooks, and background jobs. Deep knowledge of GitHubs internal microservices architecture (e.g., GHE Storage, LDAP/SAML authentication, Proxy, GraphQL, REST API, and replication strategies).
