The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Shared Services, process evaluations, and control framework optimization.Key Responsibilities: Conduct Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Effectiveness (TOE) to assess internal controls. Develop and execute testing procedures to ensure control effectiveness. Perform walkthroughs of control processes and apply sampling methodologies to validate results. Document testing activities, findings, and risk evaluations in structured workpapers. Ensure controls align with regulatory and operational compliance requirements. Test control assertions and verify effectiveness in mitigating business risks. Collaborate with control owners and management to validate control performance. Identify control inefficiencies, draft exceptions, and recommend improvements. Work across HR Shared Services functions such as hiring, benefits, and regulatory compliance.Required Skills: 4-6 years of experience in internal controls testing, compliance, or auditing. Proficiency in risk regulatory compliance analytics. Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and process auditing. Ability to identify, document, and recommend improvements for control deficiencies. Experience working in HR Shared Services environments. Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
