Project: Lead KTD technical implementation of transaction monitoring applications for Kroger Personal Finance using the Actimize tool to detect and report money laundering and fraud Requirements Proven experience leading third-party software implementations, preferably within financial services Experience with Actimize or similar compliance and risk management platforms Strong senior-level communication skills with the ability to provide clear stakeholder visibility and status reporting Proficiency in program tracking and management, including maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Ability to create, maintain, and align cross-team and cross-company project plans Nice to Have Experience with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) systems or processes Familiarity with regulatory compliance initiatives in the financial services industry Background in risk and fraud prevention technologies Top 3 Skills: Leading 3rd party software implementations (preferably in financial services; Actimize experience is ideal) Strong senior-level communication and program tracking (RAID management, stakeholder visibility, etc.) Creating and maintaining cross-team/cross-company project plans Contract Length: Starts as a 12-month contract, with potential for extension based on niche skill set Responsibilities Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure successful technical delivery of the Actimize system across multiple dependencies and teams Promote synergy and alignment in delivery by providing clarity, encouraging collaboration, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders Document project issues, risks, and decisions, and lead the team in developing mitigation strategies and managing escalations as needed Create and share reporting with stakeholders to highlight project progress, delivery readiness, and rollout status Recommend and strategize plan adjustments based on project updates and stakeholder feedback, and implement changes to maintain alignment and ensure successful delivery -- Keywords: information technology Senior Program Manager - / [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2284672&uid= |
