The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leveraging SQL skills for data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor and control project progress, addressing risks and issues proactively. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA teams. Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential roadblocks effectively. SQL and Data Analysis: Use SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data for reporting and decision-making. Leverage data insights to track project KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and track resolutions. Ensure compliance with project governance standards. Agile and Scrum Practices: Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives). Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1215 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful delivery. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar). Experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in PMP Experience in data migration, ETL processes, or data analytics projects. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
