The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gen AI, Python, and Open AI. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation. Responsibilities : - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects. - Write Python code utilizing OpenAI, Grok, and Langchain, and develop conversational retrieval chains using Langchain and Langraph and Agno agentic AI - Help team members overcome technical challenges and provide guidance on how to approach AI system design or model optimization. - Create or review architectural diagrams and documentation for AI systems. - Conduct technical risk assessments of new AI components or technologies. - Provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and AI model performance. - Mentor junior engineers or data scientists in AI-related topics. - Conduct internal workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions about new AI technologies, tools, or techniques. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis. - Should have expertise in Gen AI, Python, and Open AI. - Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Should have experience in documenting business processes and technical solutions. - Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. - Must be able to provide training and support to end-users. - Should have experience in data analysis and strategic planning. - Must be able to identify and mitigate project risks. - Should be able to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. - Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
