We are looking for a technical product experts who has service management platform expertise, specifically ServiceNow. Having expertise in Amazon's SIMt platform would be a plus . We need a proactive product focused individual who can inspect the current mechanisms and processes, make recommendation on areas for efficiency, and keep the long term vison of grocery convergence (WFM, Fresh, and Go) in mind.
