As a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), youll bring your expertise in Pega PRPCspecifically version 8.6 and aboveto deliver scalable, high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions using Pega PRPC 8.6 or higher, adhering to best practices. Utilize your strong knowledge of Services (SOAP, REST) and Connectors to integrate Pega applications with external systems flawlessly. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to turn requirements into actionable technical designs. Optimize workflows, case management, and rules to boost system performance and enhance user satisfaction. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, keeping systems running smoothly with minimal disruption. Optional Skills (Nice-to-Have): Experience with Splunk for monitoring and analytics. Knowledge of MongoDB for NoSQL database management. Familiarity with Oracle database systems and SQL. Soft Skills: A sharp problem-solver with a creative streak for tackling tough challenges.
