This is a key role within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, supporting the Record to Report workstream with a focus on TreasuryDebt, Investments, and IRS-related functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Delivery & Technical Leadership Provide subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Treasury (Debt, Investments, IRS), ensuring alignment with enterprise-level business goals. Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of S/4HANA Treasury components with a focus on security, compliance, and scalability. Translate complex business requirements into optimized SAP solutions through well-documented functional specifications and integration strategies. Support the design and deployment of modern SAP UX tools like Fiori and UI5 (where applicable). Project Execution & Delivery Ownership Drive the delivery of Treasury and Financials solutions across complex landscapes, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards. Lead and facilitate requirement gathering workshops directly with business users and stakeholders. Own delivery outcomesidentify risks, manage dependencies, and provide proactive solutions during all phases of the implementation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Business Operations to deliver cohesive, business-aligned solutions. Collaborate with integration, reporting, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end functional coverage and solution integrity. Conduct training, knowledge transfer, and change management support for business users and stakeholders. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience with specialization in Treasury Debt, Investments, IRS. Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex SAP projects from blueprint to go-live and post-go-live stabilization. Deep expertise in Record to Report, including FICO, Cash Management, Treasury and Risk Management, and functional integration points. Strong understanding of financial processes including AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Internal Orders, Cost Center Accounting, and Tax Integration. Experience leading 2+ end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably with S/4HANA Greenfield or system conversion projects. Familiarity with FSCM, FICA, Advanced Product Costing, Central Finance, Group Reporting, PAPM, and IFRS 15/16 is a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to lead consultants and underwrite solution delivery without escalation. Experience building long-term client relationships and delivering value-driven results. Preferred Qualifications: Chartered Accountant, CMA, or MBA in Finance. SAP Certification in core functional areas (preferred). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in dynamic environments.
