Must Have Skillsets: 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion. Strong background in system architecture, particularly in Finance and HCM modules. Experience managing highly customized Oracle ERP environments. Proven track record in vendor management and working with third-party implementation partners. Solid project management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion. Financials/Accounting background highly preferred to understand business impacts. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in large-scale modernization projects with multiple interconnected systems.
