This contractor position will focus on developing enhancements and providing support for the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate Flows, Dataverse, and Power BI reports. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flow, and work processes. Investigate problem areas and propose effective solutions. Develop and enhance Power Apps applications (Canvas & Model-driven) using Dataverse, SharePoint, and other databases. Design and develop Power BI reports for data visualization and insights. Create and optimize Power Automate Flows and business process automation solutions. Ensure system specifications, standards, and programming align with best practices. Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and development cycles. Provide technical leadership and support, potentially guiding junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience as a PowerApps Developer. Extensive experience with SaaS/PaaS environments. Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform development. Proficient in Agile development processes. Experience in designing and developing Power Apps solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases. Expertise in Power BI report development. In-depth understanding of Dataverse tables and their applications. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience working with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center. Strong team collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
