Technical Expertise: Utilize strong technical skills in Eagle Star and Eagle Pace platforms, including modules like Eagle Message Center, IWS, PACE Uploader & Exporters, and Eagle STAR Panels. Demonstrate expertise in PL/SQL programming for Oracle and MS SQL Server databases. Understand and work with database architecture, data quality control tools, and processes. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python for developing custom solutions and integrating with Finastra platforms. Knowledge of repository tools like GitLab or MFS for version control and collaboration. 2. Business Collaboration: Work closely with Business Users/Analysts to gather requirements, analyze solution options, and develop solutions. Define and execute test plans, define and implement operational procedures, and adhere to SDLC standards. Provide 1st and 2nd level production support, including incident management and triage. 3. Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Assist in preparing estimates for design, coding, and testing efforts. Participate in Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum, and contribute to user stories. 4.
