Preferred experience with Scrum Master or BA certifications, cloud computing, or experience on projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to provide consulting services in support of the creation of a data warehouse. What Youll Do Gathering user requirements for data warehouse features, reporting needs, and enhancements Creating flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate data flow and ETL processes; writing specifications and system documentation for data models Organizing requirements documentation and communicating with data engineering and development teams to ensure alignment on data structures and integration processes Creating and maintaining a digital binder for project documentation, including feasibility analyses, requirements, meeting notes, data lineage and flow maps Translating and simplifying requirements as needed Providing requirements analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization in data storage and retrieval processes Helping teams prepare for user acceptance testing by developing test cases Reviewing and testing data warehouse components to ensure they meet specified requirements Documenting and communicating change requests and application issues Assisting teams in documenting requirements for performance metrics Creating job aids and training for new technology solutions Coordinating with team members to update sub-process procedures, manuals, and guidelines Performing other related duties, as required Required: 4+ years of work experience as a business analyst Experience reading and writing software documentation Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Experience using Microsoft Visio or similar flowcharting tool Experience in requirements gathering and documentation Experience producing technical documentation Experience in conducting data analysis using PL/SQL, SPSS, PowerBI, Excel, etc Experience in producing documentation for developing ETL pipelines Experience in performing unit and/or user acceptance testing and documenting system issues Preferred: Experience on projects and/or teams using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban Experience with cloud computing Bachelor's or master's degree in data analysis, information systems, computer science, or similar degree program One of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Thanks & Regards Andrew Symonds Senior IT Recruiter Email:[email protected] Keywords: business analyst business intelligence information technology procedural language Florida Business Analyst (Need CSPO or PMI-PBA Or CBAP or Certification of Capability in - Tallahassee, FL(On site) -Only Locals [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2286593&uid= |
