LinkedIn profile link Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions. Process Documentation: Document current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and assist in the development of new processes aligned with best practices. Configuration Support: Assist in the configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements, including forms, workflows, and reports. Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring that they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects. Training and Support: Help develop training materials and provide support to end-users on ServiceNow applications and processes. Continuous Improvement: Support efforts to continuously improve ITSM processes and the ServiceNow platform by identifying and proposing enhancements. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing data from ServiceNow to generate reports and insights that support business decisions. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all requirements, configurations, and process changes. Collaboration: Work closely with the ServiceNow development team and other IT personnel to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT service management, or a related field. Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is a plus. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow functionality. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies is beneficial. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different departments. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Fundamentals training or certification. Experience with other ITSM tools and methodologies. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow, SailPoint, and SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements. o Conduct workshops and meetings with business users to understand their needs, document functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. o Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for system optimization and automation. 2. ServiceNow Platform Support: o Assist in the configuration, customization, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs. o Support incident, change, and problem management processes in ServiceNow, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues. o Participate in ongoing platform enhancements, integrations, and feature implementations. o Manage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HR Service Delivery to streamline business processes. 3. SailPoint Integration & Identity Management: o Work with technical teams to support and maintain the SailPoint Identity Governance platform, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. o Assist in user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance workflows within SailPoint. o Identify and mitigate risks related to identity management and access controls to ensure the platform supports governance and regulatory requirements. o Ensure that SailPoint integrates effectively with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors for a streamlined user experience. 4. SuccessFactors HR Systems: o Support the implementation, configuration, and management of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, etc.). o Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure SuccessFactors aligns with HR business processes and objectives. o Provide expertise in SuccessFactors reporting, analytics, and data management. o Assist in ensuring smooth integration of SuccessFactors with ServiceNow and SailPoint to ensure a cohesive user experience across platforms. 5. Project Support & Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work alongside project managers, developers, and other business analysts to support system implementations and enhancements. o Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance, and go-live support for system releases. o Support training initiatives by developing user manuals, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing user support. o Assist in managing change management activities and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about project timelines, milestones, and updates. 6.
