Position: Senior Network Access Control (NAC) Engineer (Onsite) Location: Suitland, Maryland (Locals Only) Contract: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: About the job We are currently seeking an experienced Senior NAC Engineer specializing in Forescout and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) implementations. This role is essential for maintaining and improving our client's network security infrastructure through robust NAC solutions. Responsibilities: Plan, design, and implement comprehensive NAC solutions utilizing Forescout and Cisco ISE. Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize NAC environments to ensure seamless integration and network security. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define requirements and achieve security objectives. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing NAC systems. Perform regular assessments and audits of NAC deployments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Qualifications: Extensive hands-on experience implementing NAC solutions specifically using Forescout CounterACT and Cisco ISE. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security principles, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proven experience in troubleshooting complex NAC-related issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications related to cybersecurity, networking, or NAC solutions (such as CCNP, CISSP, FSCE) are highly desirable.
