Consultation and Strategy: Provide expert consultation on ServiceNow best practices, including the integration of AI-driven functionalities. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. AI Integration: Integrate Generative AI models and Now Assist features into ServiceNow workflows to automate and improve business processes. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides. Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide training on ServiceNow and AI-related topics. Required Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - ServiceNow (preferred) Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with a focus on Generative AI and Now Assist. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design, and development. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. US citizenship is required, and security clearance is preferred.
