This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making to oversee complex products and align them with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap. Prioritize feature development, maintenance, and technical debt. Ensure product reliability, security, and performance. Define and track product success metrics. Manage senior stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Make data-driven decisions based on P&L and financial insights. Support engineering culture and Agile delivery frameworks. Oversee multiple products or a complex product ecosystem. Qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience (3+ years leading a complex product or portfolio). 10+ years in business analysis, project management, or Agile roles. Experience with Agile delivery, ERP, or enterprise platforms is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD, software development lifecycle (SDLC). Airline or logistics industry experience is required.
