Position: Lead SAP IDM Security Architect Location: Hybrid(Indianapolis, IN)- need local candidates Duration: 6 months contract Visa: USC/EAD/GC Interview: 1st Video and 2nd onsite interview Job Description: Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience implementing Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), RBAC, and managing access across SAP environments. Experience with IAM products such as Sovient, Pathlock, or similar IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Okta). Experience in SAP security, including SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP GRC. Experience in the Life Sciences industry, with knowledge of industry-specific regulations and security practices (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP IDM (Identity Management), SAP Security components (e.g., SAP GRC, SAP Access Control), and other related IAM tools. Familiarity with modern cloud IAM technologies and multi-cloud environments. Hands-on experience with user provisioning, role management, and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) implementation. Strong knowledge of security protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and SSO (Single Sign-On) technologies. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or SAP-specific security certifications) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions in complex environments. Proven leadership ability, with experience managing and mentoring a team of security professionals. A results-driven approach to security, with a clear understanding of the business impact of IAM decisions. Responsibilities:: The Lead IDM Security Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies and security controls for a critical SAP Transformation program. Experience implementing Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and integrating IAM solutions such as Sovient or Pathlock within large-scale enterprise environments. collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to ensure the security of user identities and their access to critical SAP systems, particularly in a regulated environment like life sciences.
