Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Ensure resource availability and allocation for project execution. Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate issues to management as needed. Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a maximum of 14 years. Demonstrate expertise in Peoplesoft - Program Management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals. Have experience in a hybrid work model, with the ability to adapt to changing work environments. Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Demonstrate proficiency in project management software and tools. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative.
