The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, along with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), XDM modeling, and multiple programming languages. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. This is a long-term, on-site contract position located in Issaquah, WA. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) solutions. Work directly with clients and internal teams to design, build, and optimize customer journeys using AJO and AEP. Manage and enhance AEP RT-CDP and XDM models for data management and integration. Develop and maintain APIs, RESTful services, and integrations across platforms. Write and optimize complex SQL queries using Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Contribute to programming efforts using a variety of languages, including JavaScript, Java, C#, and PHP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of systems and processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications & Required Skills: Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience specifically with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Extensive experience with AEP Real-Time CDP and XDM data modeling. 5+ years of experience working with SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL). 5+ years of experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Java, C#, PHP, or similar). Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS is a plus. Skills: Strong technical proficiency in APIs and RESTful services. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments. Highly organized, self-starter, and a motivated team player.
