This is an exciting opportunity to work on the implementation and management of the Oracle OLFM module, with a focus on lease management processes and financial integrations. As a consultant, you will collaborate with a dynamic team and support the successful deployment and optimization of Oracle R12 Financial applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle OLFM (Oracle Lease and Financial Management) module. Manage the complete lease lifecycle process, including the Lease Contract Buyout, Termination Quote, and Lease Funding. Provide expertise on US GAAP accounting treatment for leases and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and integrate Oracle modules such as AR, AP, GL, and FA, ensuring seamless functionality across financial operations. Handle key lease management tasks including Lease Contract Authoring/Booking, Lease Rebook, Transfer and Assumption, and Lease Renewal processes. Serve as an Oracle R12 Financial Functional subject matter expert, advising on best practices and system capabilities. Perform requirements analysis, business impact analysis, and provide high-level and detailed design for financial applications. Conduct integration testing, system testing, and provide ongoing support for Oracle R12 Financial applications. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or masters degree in information technology or a related field. Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OLFM implementation. Extensive experience (8+ years) in Oracle AR/AP/GL/FA modules. At least 5+ years of experience with Oracle R12. In-depth understanding of the end-to-end Lease Life Cycle process and lease-related accounting concepts. Strong knowledge of lease contract management, including rebooking, transfers, and renewals. Proven ability to work with Oracle R12 Financial applications and integrate various Oracle modules.
