Lead and support the implementation and optimization of SAP IS-U solutions, including Billing, Device Management, and Metering. Oversee SAP S/4 HANA implementation for the Utilities domain, ensuring that business processes and requirements are met. Manage and direct 4-5 direct reports and a team of 10-20 consultants (working with IBM contractors in India, the Philippines, etc.). Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the utilities domain, including billing processes, rates, and configurations. Ensure smooth SAP system deployments and integration, with a focus on optimizing Meter-to-Cash (M2C) functionality. Take a more functional role with a focus on guiding business processes, while supporting technical aspects of the project. Mentor and guide the implementation team, ensuring they stay aligned with project goals and timelines. Work with various SAP systems, including C4C Service Cloud, Cloud for Energy, and Cloud for Utilities. Collaborate with vendors and other partners, such as IBM, PWC, and HCL, to drive the success of the SAP initiatives. Requirements: 10+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP systems, solutions, and technologies. At least 7 years of SAP experience in the Utilities industry with a focus on IS-U (S/4 HANA Utilities) and Meter-to-Cash (M2C) functionality. Proven experience in full-cycle implementation in the Utilities domain (Electricity, Water, Gas). Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U solutions, including key areas such as Customer Service/Front Office (C4C), Device Management, AMI, Billing, FI-CA, and SAP Financials. Hands-on technical and deployment experience with SAP CIS & Billing systems in the Utilities domain. Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, including configuration and functional knowledge of utilities business processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing direct reports and consulting teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with major consulting firms (e.g., IBM, PWC, HCL) and working in large-scale implementation environments. LinkedIn Profile Required.
