The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) and a strong understanding of insurance claims workflows, integration with finance, and reimbursement processes.Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Claims Management (FS-CM) for insurance reimbursement workflows. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions for claims processing. Optimize claims processing to improve efficiency and accuracy in insurance reimbursements. Work closely with finance, compliance, and insurance teams to ensure seamless claims handling. Integrate SAP Claims Management with other SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM) and external insurance systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to claims processing and system configuration. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for SAP Claims Management users.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) with a focus on insurance claims processing. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Claims Management implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement processes, particularly in the Medical Device or Healthcare industry. Experience with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules for claims-related financial transactions. Knowledge of integration with third-party insurance systems and external financial institutions. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP FS-CD (Collections & Disbursements) for insurance payments. Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to medical insurance claims. SAP S/4HANA certification in Claims Management or a related module.
