Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize COBOL-based Mainframe applications. Work with VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method) for efficient data storage and retrieval. Develop and support CICS (Customer Information Control System) transactions. Integrate and manage MQ (Message Queuing) for communication between applications. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and system issues. Collaborate with teams to support legacy modernization and migration efforts. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, VSAM). Strong understanding of CICS transactions and MQ messaging. Experience with batch processing, job scheduling, and debugging tools.
