The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Collibra platform, specifically focused on data governance and quality management. As a Collibra Developer, you will work closely with data management teams to implement and support data quality frameworks, develop automation solutions, and ensure high standards for data governance within the organization.Key Responsibilities: Collibra Development: Design, develop, and implement data governance solutions using the Collibra platform. Build and maintain workflows, business rules, and policies for data quality and governance. Integrate Collibra with other data management tools and platforms to enhance the overall data quality framework. Data Quality Management: Implement and manage data quality initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems. Develop and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs to track performance and improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement data governance and quality controls accordingly. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business teams to align data quality initiatives with business objectives. Document Collibra configurations, workflows, and processes for internal reference and training purposes. Provide support and troubleshooting for Collibra-related issues and data quality concerns. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Collibra and data quality management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance processes and solutions within the organization.Essential Skills & Experience: 6-8 years of experience in data management, with a strong focus on Collibra development and data quality management. Proven expertise in Collibra platform development, including workflow automation, business rules, and data governance. Strong understanding of data quality principles, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality monitoring. Experience with integrating Collibra with other data management tools and technologies. Ability to create and manage data quality metrics, reports, and KPIs. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to data governance and quality issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Desirable Skills: Additional certifications or experience with Collibra will be considered a plus. Familiarity with other data governance and quality tools. Experience working in Agile environments.Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data governance processes. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
