The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gen AI, Python, and Open AI. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable insights. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation. Technical Skills: Commercial Gen AI, Python, Open AI Domain Technology : Custom Service Responsibilities : Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects. Write Python code utilizing OpenAI, Grok, and Langchain, and develop conversational retrieval chains using Langchain and Langraph and Agno agentic AI Help team members overcome technical challenges and provide guidance on how to approach AI system design or model optimization. Create or review architectural diagrams and documentation for AI systems. - Conduct technical risk assessments of new AI components or technologies. Provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and AI model performance. Mentor junior engineers or data scientists in AI-related topics. Conduct internal workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions about new AI technologies, tools, or techniques. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in business analysis. Should have expertise in Gen AI, Python, and Open AI. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model Should have experience in documenting business processes and technical solutions. Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Must be able to provide training and support to end-users. Should have experience in data analysis and strategic planning. Must be able to identify and mitigate project risks. Should be able to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. Must have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
