The consultant will also facilitate in-person user training in Oakland, CA There are two dashboards involved: 1 in Power BI 1 in Plantir Foundry (front-end) Priority 2: Reviewing & Evaluating the Existing Support Model Currently, three teams handle support tickets: The consultant will: Evaluate current tickets and SLAs Identify where the most time and cost are spent Assist in building a financial model to assess the current state Propose an optimized support model to help reduce overall costs (A financial background would be helpful here.) Priority 3: Vendor Cost Analysis & Cost Reduction Strategy A particular PSPS Business Vendor is very costly. The consultant will: Analyze spending on this Vendor Determine the value of their contributions Identify which tasks the IT team can take over to help reduce client costs. Skill Level Skill Level: Mid-level (8-10 + years of experience in relevant work).
