Role: S/4HANA PTP Functional Consultant Location: Ashton, IL Type: Contract Key Responsibilities Participate in procurement workshops and design sessions, perform configuration, testing, and deployment. Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP best practices and functional solutions. Configure and support Procure-to-Pay processes, including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Processing, and Supplier Management. Work with SAP Public Cloud to leverage pre-configured best practices. Integrate PTP processes with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, SD, and PP. Support SAP Ariba integration for sourcing, procurement, and supplier collaboration (preferred). Assist in data migration, testing, and cutover activities during implementations. Troubleshoot issues and support end-users in post-go-live operations. Document functional specifications, configurations, and test scripts. Prepare training content and user support during hypercare. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of SAP experience, with a focus on S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (PTP) / MM. At least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience. Strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud procurement is a plus. Familiarity with SAP Ariba (direct/indirect procurement) is a plus. Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Procurement. Understanding of procurement integration with Finance (FI) and Logistics (LE). Experience in SAP Data Migration and Business Partner (BP) concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
