Location: Remote - District of Columbia Contract Term: 1 Year Hours: 20 hours per week (No set schedule) Max rate - $50/hr on C2C This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours (up to 20 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: 1. Code Analysis and Review Analyze existing code to identify issues, inefficiencies, and improvement areas. Evaluate code for readability, maintainability, and performance. 2. Debugging and Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve bugs. Work closely with stakeholders to understand problem areas and provide solutions. 3. Code Optimization Identify and implement opportunities to optimize code for scalability and performance. 4. Documentation Document code analysis, findings, and any changes made. Prepare technical documentation for recommended solutions. 5. Coding and Implementation Push code to the testing environment and verify intended functionality. Modify code as needed to comply with OSCNP requirements. Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution. 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining applications using C# within a .NET framework. Experience with MySQL, writing and optimizing SQL queries, and integrating databases with applications. Experience in developing and implementing database stored procedures and functions.
