The Consultant will play a crucial role in driving our projects to success and ensuring seamless integration of SAP CX solutions. Required Skills : Overall SAP CX - CloudSolution, CX Biz Process Analysis SAP CX,SAP CX Arch Rmap & Solutions, SAP CX Integration(SAP&NonSAP) - Lead the planning and implementation of SAP CX projects - Oversee the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure seamless operations - Provide expert analysis of CX business processes to identify areas for improvement - Manage the overall SAP CX CloudSolution to ensure optimal performance - Develop and maintain the SAP CX architecture roadmap and solutions - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP CX implementation - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project outcomes to ensure quality - Provide training and support to team members on SAP CX solutions - Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with SAP CX projects - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness - Must have strong experience in SAP CX Integration, including both SAP and non-SAP systems - Should possess in-depth knowledge of CX business process analysis and optimization - Must be proficient in managing SAP CX CloudSolution for high performance - Should have expertise in developing and maintaining SAP CX architecture roadmap and solutions - Must have excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results - Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration - Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model and day shift environment - Should have a proven track record of successful SAP CX project implementations - Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Should be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities - Must have the ability to train and mentor team members on SAP CX solutions - Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development - Must be able to identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
