Also focus on improving User Experience. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources. Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution. Create report and pull data from Service Now, Cloud Telephony systems and chat tools.Build dashboard that can show key parameters and KPI.Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets | Competencies: | Nexthink, ServiceNow | Experience (Years): | 4-6 | Essential Skills: | 1. Gathering and analysing data from Nexthink to identify trends, patterns and performance bottlenecks across devices, applications and network connections. Proactively analyse Nexthink, Service Now other data to identify use cases.2. Ready to work at offshore as an individual contributor with direct customer interaction3. Proactively analyze NeXthink, Service Now other data to identify use cases4. Investigating and identifying the root causes of performance issues by analysing detailed data collected by Nexthink5. Report benefits of use case and improvement in DEX score6. Working closely with network, security, application and desktop teams to implement solutions based on Nexthink analysis.7. Utilizing Nexthink data to predict future resource needs and optimize infrastructure capacity. | Desirable Skills: | 1. Three or more years of experience mining data as a data analyst. 2. Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
