Rate : 65/hr SAP requirements Location : Cleveland, Ohio (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week). Role 1 : SAC Planning - SAC Planning implementation using SAP ECC + SAP BW as an integration/ connection point as a part of Wave 1 (considering it as an interim solution) - Should have implemented Revenue Planning, Capital Expenditure Planning, Operations Expenditure Planning, Financial Statement Planning. - Should be able to handle 'Metrics that Matter' initiative of the customer, where KPIs designed and managed across the customer side. - Should be able to build the InterimS Solution in such a way that it should be able easily fit/ change to SAP S/4HANA & SAP Datasphere as data sources and Treasury Management & SAP Group Reporting as additional components in Finance. - Should be comfortable in working/ managing CXOs. Role 2: Functional Expert - SAP FICO (Local US National) Should have a minimum of 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including at least one transition from SAP ECC as the legacy system. - Should have implementation experience in SAP Financial Management and Controlling modules across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Should be well aware of Product Costing with SAP Variant Configuration and Fashion Management. - Must possess hands-on experience in core financial processes such as financial closing, budgeting, asset management, and financial reporting. - Should be able to configure and implement SAP Group Reporting. - Should have a solid understanding of the financial implications of procurement activities, including bulk purchasing and vendor management. - Must demonstrate a strong grasp of and practical experience with the SAP Activate Methodology. - Should have a proven track record of effective collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams. Role 3: Functional Expert - SAP PP (Local US national) Should have a minimum 3 implementation project experience in SAP S/4HANA, out of which 1 implementation had SAP ECC as legacy system. - Should have implementation experience in SAP Fashion Management and Variant Configuration in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Should have better understanding and implementation experience of Predictive MRP, Live MRP, Shop Floor Management, etc. - Great understanding and experience of SAP Activate Methodology. - Should have worked onsite/ offshore team effectively. Role 4: Functional Expert - EWM/ Supply Chain - Should have a minimum 3 implementation project experience in SAP S/4HANA, out of which 1 implementation had SAP ECC as legacy system. - Should have implementation experience in SAP Fashion Management and Variant Configuration in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Should have better understanding and implementation experience of Predictive MRP, Live MRP, Shop Floor Management, etc. - Great understanding and experience of SAP Activate Methodology. - Should have worked onsite/ offshore team effectively. Role 5: Functional Expert - SAP MM - Should have a minimum 3 implementation project experience in Fashion and Retail, out of which 1 implementation had SAP ECC as legacy system. - Should have implementation experience in SAP Fashion and Variant Configuration in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Should have understanding of Bulk Purchasing. - Great understanding and experience of SAP Activate Methodology. - Should have worked onsite/ offshore team effectively Role 6: Functional Expert - SAP SD - Should have a minimum 3 implementation project experience in Fashion and Retail, out of which 1 implementation had SAP ECC as legacy system. - Should have implementation experience in SAP Fashion and Variant Configuration in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Should have worked in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C, where SAP Hybris was the Order entry system. - Great understanding and experience of SAP Activate Methodology. - Should have worked onsite/ offshore team effectively Role 7: SAP Functional/ Enterprise Architect - Fashion - Comes from strong SAP SD or SAP MM background with Fashion and Variant Configuration hands on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. - Should have a minimum 5 implementation project experience in Fashion and Retail, out of which 1 implementation had SAP ECC as legacy system. - Should have done 2 projects as Architect. - Should have implementation experience in SAP Fashion and Variant Configuration. - Should have worked in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C, where SAP Hybris was the Order entry system. - Should have worked in projects, where Sales & Distribution, Sourcing & Procurement, EWM, Manufacturing, SAC (Planning & BI) were implemented. - Great understanding and experience of SAP Activate Methodology. - Should have worked in multi-country, multi-currency, multi-cultural model. - Should have handled onsite/ offshore team effectively. - Should have worked with SAP as Solution Auditor during implementation projects.
