This role requires strong knowledge of RESTful API services and the ability to translate requirement between front end features and back-end data processes. Excellent communication skills and initiative are a must. Qualifications Proficient in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation. Leads, guides and provides cross functional (from the requirement domain) project oversight for the business analysis staff. Hands on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, etc. Analyzes, defines and documents detailed REST API requirements through user interviews, facilitated workshops and subject matter expert engagement Provides tactical (day-to-day) requirement development guidance, based on the strategic SDLC model, for the business analysis staff. Strong business analysis skills Experience working in agile framework. REST API (Web services) and Microservices expertise is must. Strong leadership and collaborative skills with willingness to take ownership and responsibility for multiple assignments. Superior analytical and problem-solving and resolution skills, and ability to adapt quickly. Self-motivation and strong time management and organizational skills Ability to tackle challenging work situations and to resolve conflicts in a positive manner.
