This role is heavily focused on the infrastructure side, including installations, patches, and server management. The position requires onsite presence three times a week. Candidates must be local to the area. Responsibilities: Analyze the current JIRA Service instance (screens, issue types, workflows, custom scripts, plug-ins) and create specifications for Cloud Migration. Analyze existing custom scripts and re-write them to function in the JIRA Cloud environment. Evaluate existing JIRA plug-ins and test their compatibility with the Cloud environment. Create and organize JIRA projects, configuring layouts, workflows, and dashboards. Manage JIRA settings, projects, and workflows. Grant user and group permissions for data access and modification. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience in a related field. Experience with Linux, database administration, and JVM tuning. In-depth knowledge of JIRA Cloud and experience in JIRA Cloud administration. Proficiency in custom scripting. Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks.
