You will collaborate closely with various functional teams to ensure that the ERP system aligns with business objectives and drives operational efficiency. Your expertise in Unanet ERP and understanding of supply chain processes will play a key role in optimizing our ERP system to better serve the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Analyze and assess the functionality of the ERP system, focusing on supply chain processes such as procurement, supplier management, and receiving. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to meet organizational goals. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed system requirements, ensuring that the ERP system meets the needs of the supply chain organization. Develop functional specifications and other documentation for system enhancements or changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP functionality, improve business processes, and streamline workflows. Provide recommendations for improving system efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for ERP users, ensuring that they understand system capabilities and processes. Support end-users in troubleshooting issues and provide ongoing system guidance. Partner with the ERP Program Manager, functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the system changes and updates align with business objectives. Communicate effectively with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications. Assist in the management of ERP data, ensuring data integrity and consistency across modules. Provide analytical support by generating reports and insights to help drive decision-making. Qualifications: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be a United States Citizen. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5-8 years of experience in ERP business analysis, preferably with a focus on supply chain processes. Experience with ERP systems is essential, and prior experience with Unanet ERP is required. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes (i.e., procurement, supplier management, receiving, etc.) and how they integrate with ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and providing system recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to quickly learn new concepts and applications and adapt them to business needs. Familiarity with government acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) is a plus. Experience with ERP reporting tools and data management is preferred. Familiarity with training delivery platforms and creating user documentation or support materials is strongly preferred. Selected candidate will be subject to a post offer background check and must be able to maintain a Secret-level DoD security clearance.
