The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring seamless asset workflows, metadata management, and integrations. This role does not require AEM Site Manager experience, as the focus is solely on asset management and digital content workflows. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize AEM DAM to support digital asset lifecycle management. Implement metadata schemas, taxonomy, tagging, and search optimization for better asset discoverability. Develop and configure asset workflows, including ingestion, approvals, and publishing. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure efficient asset management processes. Integrate AEM DAM with third-party tools, cloud storage, and other enterprise systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform scalability. Implement best practices for asset governance, rights management, and security policies. Support automation of asset processing (e.g., renditions, conversions, and AI-driven tagging). Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in AEM DAM (Adobe Experience Manager Digital Asset Management). Strong expertise in AEM Asset Manager, metadata handling, tagging, and workflows. Hands-on experience with AEM DAM configurations, permissions, and user roles. Experience in RESTful APIs and integrations with other content management platforms. Knowledge of cloud storage solutions and integrations with AEM DAM. Familiarity with digital rights management (DRM) and governance best practices. Understanding of Adobe Sensei AI for asset automation (preferred).
