Role: Release Engineer Location: Dallas, TX(Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Role Description : Comprehensive Knowledge of Lean and Agile PracticesServant Leadership, Facilitation and Coordination Skills, and Team BuildingMaintain smooth Customer Interaction and requirement analysis Communication and Collaboration, Metrics and Reporting, Oversee project delivery schedule, ensuring they are executed in accordance with organization standards.Must be available during the workhours from 8AM 5PM Central Time. Essential Skills: Managing the ART flow of value, or steps used to create value for the project Coordinating and aligning ART activities with the organizations strategic goals Serving as a liaison between product management, development and operations teams Maintaining calendars for program increments (PIs), or phases of ART projects Implementing Program Increment planning events and monitoring their progress Monitoring the development and implementation of new programs and features Helping the ART manage and mitigate risks, such as budget and productivity issues Identifying and managing bottlenecks through resource allocation Encouraging teams within the ART to collaborate on certain tasks to meet goals Promoting improvement through inspect and adapt (I&A) events Helping keep the ART productive by ensuring the use of lean-Agile processesLeadership and Collaboration Lead cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Testing teams. Drive instructions to staff and ensure project deliverables and objectives are met. Qualifications: 12-15 years IT experience 4-8 years proven experience as Release Train Engineer Strong oral & verbal communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills: Agile way of working, Finance/ Banking industry experience Certification - SAFe Release Train Engineer Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including workstream leads, Business Analysts, System Analysts, etc Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
