Participated in 5+ ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines. Extensive full stack and front-end development experience Angular JS, SOAP, REST, JSON, Ajax, CSS, SaSS, HTML, JavaScript, (bonus) TypeScript ServiceNow Portal Stack (widgets, pages, themes, components, taxonomy) ServiceNow server-side development Role overview The Senior Technical Consultant (STC) - Service Portal owns the development and implementation of ServiceNow portal solutions, ensuring we meet business and technical requirements. Working closely with a solution architect, chipping in to craft discussions, and complete the hands-on development of User needs. The STC will also collaborate with UI/UX teams to align development with design standard processes. What youll do Participate in requirements workshops, collaborate on both ServiceNow and Front-End standard processes! Support the solution architect on story estimation and documentation Complete technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality. Provide technical design mentorship within projects following ServiceNow standard methodologies. Understand and guide on what frameworks, platform application, or technical stack can be used to devise a solution. Understands how ServiceNow applications will look, what modules will be in scope, and how they will work well with each other for client success. Understand and share with the team how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported. Assist the team in the assessment of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
