The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau ,Mongo DB and Apache Nifi. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site, with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our projects. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions using Tableau Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business decision-making. Ensure data integrity and security across all systems and applications. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver on project goals. Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data integration and visualization. In summary we are looking for following Perform assessment and analysis of existing reports , usage analysis , user interviews and rationalize the reports built in Tableau Provide architectural recommendations to clients post assessment Strong SQL/NO SQL knowledge (Mongo DB) Good to have.
