Title: Sr. Java Backend Engineer Location: Minnesota(Remote) Duration: Long term Contract Need local candidate of Minnesota Only Job description:- Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. Implement and manage multi-threaded applications to ensure efficient processing and performance. Develop and maintain real-time data pipelines and streaming applications using Apache Kafka. Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications on Azure Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Work with SQL and Oracle databases to design, develop, and optimize database solutions. Parse and transform JSON data within Spring Boot applications. Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications. Implement test automation for APIs and cronjobs using appropriate tools. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Requirements: Strong experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot. Proficiency in multi-threading and concurrency in Java. Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. Experience with Azure Cloud services Containerized Apps, App Gateway, Load Balancer, CI/CD etc. Strong experience with SQL and MySQL databases. Experience with version control systems like Git. Monitor and log application performance using tools like ELK stack, Prometheus, Splunk and Grafana. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
