Youll support several systems (some old, some new), keep things running, and spot where time or money is getting lostthen help fix it. What youll do: Translate business requests into dev tasks (and back again when needed) Evaluate if a change is worth it before building it Help manage tools that impact hundreds of users daily Spot process waste and suggest fixes with measurable ROI Support shared platforms (both on-prem and PaaS) Youve probably done this before: 57 years in a similar analyst or hybrid IT/business role Youve read code before (and can tell when its broken) Youve juggled multiple systems, deadlines, and stakeholders without dropping the ball Youve worked closely with both business folks and tech teams You've run postmortems, dealt with bugs, and handled fire drills without panicking Youve worked with PDF or font management tools (PitStop Pro, Adobe Experience Manager) You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
