Role: Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ & Green Street, NY ( Hybrid) Experience: 10+Years Type: Contract Position Must Have: Candidate should be very strong in capital market domain (Recent exp required) Job Descriptions: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Analyse existing business processes and workflows within capital markets (e.g., trade lifecycle, settlement, risk management, regulatory reporting). Recent experience as Product Owner required. Collaborate with stakeholders (traders, portfolio managers, risk managers, operations teams, and technology teams) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to optimize performance and reduce risk.
