There is a roadmap in place, but this person's main responsibility would be to come in a build the enterprise roadmap, then teach/mentor the other Prod managers on building roadmap. Looking for enterprise experience, working in heavily regulated environments with lots of processes. They are moving things into production as quickly as possible but given the regulations and size of the company, Caroline is looking for someone that has experience managing this. She would like this person to help with moving the ball forward with Agile, Product Management(Product Team Agile). Working on/Implementing Product ment processes.
