The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of CINC Systems across multiple associations and clients. This role focuses heavily on the Association Management aspect of the software, which requires detailed customization and configuration for each individual association account. Key Responsibilities: Audit Current System Setup: Review the current implementation of CINC Systems to identify configuration gaps, especially within Association Management. Optimize Functionality: Ensure the platform meets the unique needs of each association by tailoring the software to capture account-specific nuances. Implementation Expertise: Assist with setting up CINC Systems from scratch, including defining processes, workflows, and maintenance features. Troubleshooting: Resolve functionality issues and guide the client toward best practices to improve system efficiency and usability. Training & Documentation: Provide guidance and training to internal teams for proper use of CINC Systems, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing platform management. Required Skills and Qualifications: CINC Systems Expertise: Proven experience with end-to-end setup, implementation, and configuration of CINC Systems, including Accounting and Association Management modules. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of system functionality and the ability to tailor CINC Systems for unique association-level requirements. Problem-Solving: Ability to audit the current setup and proactively solve configuration issues, ensuring full utilization of the platform capabilities. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with teams and train users who may be unfamiliar with proper system workflows and functionalities. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience implementing CINC Systems across multiple clients or associations. Deep understanding of HOA software processes, particularly Association Management. Not just a user of CINC Systems but someone who has successfully set up and customized the platform in previous roles.
