Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, including upgrades, migrations, and system conversion. Expertise in SAP HANA and ASE database administration, including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery. Strong understanding of firewall and network configurations for SAP systems. In-depth experience with SAP Solution Manager, especially in Change Request Management (ChaRM). Familiarity with SAP Disclosure Management for regulatory and financial reporting. Proficient in BOBJ reporting tools and Analysis for Office (AFO). Basic understanding of POPI compliance in SAP systems and data privacy requirements. Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution for SAP landscapes. Certifications : SAP BASIS certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) is preferred. Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the optimal performance of SAP systems. Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with SAP functional teams and departments. Additional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining focus on high-priority projects.
