Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of IT Cloud experience 3+ years hears of experience in Google Cloud Platform GCP IAM expertise Strong understanding of IAM roles, policies, RBAC, and security principles in Google Cloud. GCP CLI & Terraform Experience using the Google Cloud CLI and Terraform to automate IAM configurations. Python Scripting Ability to develop automation scripts for IAM processes. Service Account & Identity Federation Hands-on experience with Service Account Impersonation, Workload Identity Federation, and managing access tokens. Troubleshooting IAM Issues Strong problem-solving skills related to IAM permission errors and access management in GCP. Security & Compliance Awareness Familiarity with GCP security best practices, IAM audit logs, and security controls. Nice-to-Have: Experience integrating IAM policies with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of zero-trust security models. Familiarity with Google Cloud Security APIs and how to use them for IAM automation.
