The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Python, Azure, Azure Synapse, ANSI SQL, Microsoft ADFS, and Apache Spark. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and deliver complex projects efficiently. The role is day shift with no travel required. Required Skills : ,ANSI SQL, Python, Azure, Microsoft ADFS, Apache Spark, Azure Synapse Responsibilities : Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging expertise in Python, Azure, and Azure Synapse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management and software development. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. Utilize ANSI SQL and Apache Spark to analyze and process large datasets. Implement and manage Microsoft ADFS for secure authentication and access control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background in Python, Azure, and Azure Synapse. Have extensive experience with ANSI SQL and Apache Spark for data analysis and processing. Demonstrate proficiency in managing Microsoft ADFS for secure authentication. Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills. Show proven ability to lead and manage complex projects. Have a track record of successful project delivery within specified timelines. Display strong problem-solving and risk management abilities. Be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
