Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document requirements, process flows, and data interactions Evaluate workflows to confirm completeness and accuracy as well as document and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks associated before implementation Create Context Diagrams that shows System/application Interface and Business Process Models. Identify and present alternative solutions, facilitating stakeholder discussions to select optimal approaches. Develop and document baseline process documentation to establish a starting point for stakeholder discussions. Familiarity with enterprise architecture diagrams and business controls. Extensive experience in cloud-based data architecture (e.g., Snowflake, CCaaS, Conversational AI) and telecom platforms (BSS/OSS, Framework, Open Digital Architecture, etc).
