Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI: This is a tough req because not too many will have Dynamics 365 Data Analyst exp, most will be BI and Tableau etc Creating and managing data visualizations within Power BI SQL Querying Skills: Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365 Data Analysis Tools Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python Dynamics 365 Platform Knowledg Understanding the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules Job Overview A Dynamics 365 data analyst is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data within the Dynamics 365 platform, using this information to generate actionable insights and reports that inform business decisions, often focusing on areas like sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness, while utilizing tools like Power BI and SQL to manipulate and visualize the data effectively; key duties include data collection, data cleaning, statistical analysis, report creation, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify key metrics to track. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and understanding complex models. In addition, a proven track record of working independently to drive data quality and data normalization is key.
