Execute on product roadmaps defined by senior leadership, focusing on short-term improvements and tactical delivery. Work with the Product Owner to define product requirements, refine user stories, and ensure clear communication between business and IT teams. Prioritize tasks in the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of updates and enhancements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA to ensure that product features meet quality standards. Maintain an actionable and up-to-date product backlog aligned with immediate business goals. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, to monitor progress and remove blockers. Provide insights into product performance and identify minor improvements for quick implementation. Assist in creating documentation and training materials for new product features. Support internal teams in piloting new technologies and provide feedback for iterative development. Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather insights, document feedback, and implement small-scale adjustments. Take on other duties or projects as assigned. Requirements: Knowledge of IT systems, software development methodologies, and project management principles. Ability to travel up to 25%. Must pass post-offer background and drug test. Preferred Skills and Experience: One or more years of experience in product management within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Experience writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment. Experience with agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, etc. Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira. Familiarity with SAP S4 or similar ERP systems, particularly CMMS/maintenance modules within SAP. Knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
